This is truly my first experience and I know in my heart that it will be my last through the addiction process with a family member. Thank you to Ms. Pamela Hand and the entire Recovery Solutions staff! The work that they do is amazing and is way beyond measure. The Compassion, Care and Dedication that is shown to each and everyone one of the residents in this life changing program is the key to their Success! The entire staff at Recovery Solutions play a vital role in the success of their residents. Hand in Hand they work to instill a addiction free life for your loved one. I have no experience in dealing with recovery and there no time once the loved one makes the decision to seek help. I only know that when that decision is made to seek help, we as a family truly chose a "Winner." And we thank God for Recovery Solutions! As a family we visited the facility shortly after the admittance of our loved one and followed the complete program. It was an emotional three days for my family and also very uplifting to see how the residents respond to the program. Thank you Recovery Solutions for saving the lives and giving each one of your residents a second chance at what is important - LIFE!

I can't say enough about my experience at Recovery Solutions. They absolutely 100% saved my life. The small group setting was instrumental in my recovery process and the staff couldn't have been more professional. I will forever be grateful to Recovery Solutions for everything they have done for me during my recovery process. They have guided me back on the path I strayed so far off of 15 years ago and because of that I am again a responsible productive member of society. I have had the amazing fortune to work with Recovery Solutions to help me battle my substance use disorder. I was extremely thorough in researching the treatment center i would be attending. I literally read hundreds of reviews and spoke to at least 5 other treatment center before arriving at my decision. Pamela Hand showed a genuine interest and concern for my well being and at no time pressured me or tried to convince me that Recovery Solutions was the place for me to be. She was very accommodating and saw me through the entire process. The staff is amazing. Mr. Chris does an amazing job. He has helped me uncover certain issues and concepts that have proved to be extremely beneficial.. The techs and supportive staff are God sent and they were extremely encouraging and supportive. I had no idea what to expect when I started looking for help for my brother. I lacked so much knowledge about mental health and substance abuse. I could not imagine going through this journey without Pamela and her RSCF staff. She provided my brother the support he needed while going through detox. She welcomed him with open arms when he transitioned to the inpatient treatment center. Pamela kept my brother strong when times got tough. As a family, she kept us informed and made us feel included during his recovery. She always made herself available when I had questions or concerns. I could not be more proud of my brother and the changes he has made in his life. If not for Pamela and RSCF, I don't know that he would of had the same outcome. I will never be able to express my gratitude to Pamela for showing my brother how to get his life back. Recovery works!

In my opinion they are the best option around when it comes to counseling in the Mt. Dora area. A very positive environment.

When I came to Recovery Solutions I was in desperate need of help. After speaking with Pamela Hand one time, I knew I had found a great treatment center/therapist. Other treatment centers I spoke with didn't seem to offer the one on one experience that Pamela provides. Pamela and her head nurse Erin have been instrumental in helping me save my life. Having struggled for many years with substance abuse and a mood disorder I have often times felt hopeless. I have gone through treatment before and seen many therapists with the same results. I feel that Pamela truly cuts straight to the underlying issues and helps the client find a program that is not only effective but honest. I have the utmost respect and faith in her and that's not normally easy for me to have. Anyone who suffers from the pain of addiction should give themselves a break and call Pamela. Freedom from this horrible disease is something everyone deserves.

I have spent so much damn time in this building, so many exhausting hours going over the same thought patterns that delivered me to their front door step in the first place. It's utterly draining, saddening, painful and plain difficult and a lot of people won't have what it takes to recover.But upon sitting here, writing this review, I wouldn't of had it another way, truly. I'm a new person with genuine purpose and excitement for the future. I believe anyone who puts their heart and soul into this place and the treatment plan they lay out, will feel the same. I came to Recovery Solutions a complete broken mess, hopeless, with my life ONCE AGAIN spinning out of control. I expected just to be told to just stop my behavior and fed some motivational nonsense about how I have so much to live for and to be "scared straight"... What I found instead has completely changed my outlook on life in so many aspects. Pam Hand (Owner and CEO) and Heidi are the most AMAZING and caring people who obviously love sharing the gift they have for helping others truly understand WHY they do what they do, without judgement, and how to truly love yourself again (or for the first time) and how to evaluate your thoughts and feelings in an honest way to have a whole new approach to life. They literally helped me SAVE MY LIFE! I am over 40 days clean off all drugs and alcohol and CLEAN IN MY THOUGHTS for the first time in 20 years. I have HOPE for the first time in my adult life :) I had thought some of the reviews were BS and too good to be true when I first thought about going through with this... BUT I am a living testimony today that this program works IF YOU HAVE AN OPEN MIND and NOTHING TO LOSE with EVERYTHING TO GAIN! Truly AMAZING, caring, and talented people here... Recovery solutions is an amazing small and intimate program. Which helps to unearth and work through hard and painful things of your past. Also learning about your addiction and tools to learn how to stay sober. And to get to work with Pamela Hand she is an amazing counselor, role model, and women. Two thumbs up!!!

She not only saved my life, she also set the course for me to heal from the pain I had be suppressing for 30 years. She is kind, caring and employs staff that is there to help you move forward with your life without drugs of alcohol. She helped give me life back, but more importantly, she helped me find me again. For many acknowledging the fact that you need help is never easy but when we finally seek help for our addiction it is one of the best decisions a person can make. As a former client of Pamela's who deals with depression, anxiety, panic attacks as well as addiction I can speak for her passion and dedication in the field. Before meeting Pamela I've been to other treatment centers, talked to multiple therapists & psychiatrists but nothing really clicked. Ms. Pam found a way to reach me.
